Welcome! We’re in a new
world; so please make sure you read and understand the following information
BEFORE attending your appointment.
If you feel unwell stay at home and do not attend the salon. Please tell us as soon as possible you are not able to attend your appointment.
If you answer yes to any of these questions, stay at home and reschedule your appointment:
· Have you had the recent onset of a new continuous cough?
· Do you have a high temperature?
· Have you noticed a loss of, or change in, normal sense of taste or smell?
Please arrive to your appointment on-time at not early. Appointments are carefully timed; if you’re late we may not be able to see you, which we really don’t want. We have removed our waiting areas, therefore you must arrive to your appointment alone, unless you require assistance, like a carer. It would be helpful if you could let us know in advance if this is the case.
We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible to do so. Please see our cancellation policy as there may be a fee associated. A deposit may be required for some services.
Keep it light: do not bring any more bags or coats than necessary. We ask that clients keep their belongings with them. Hooks are available at your station.
LOOK OUT FOR EACH OTHER
We’ll be wearing a mask and a visor/goggles during your service. Protect our team and others by wearing a mask or face covering before entering the salon and only removing it when you leave or as directed by your stylist. If you don't have one, we can provide disposable masks at a non-profit fee (£1)
There are sanitising opportunities around the salon. We can even re-fill your personal bottle for you. You must wash or sanitise hand when entering the salon. We’re cleaning the salon with increased frequency. You’ll only come in contact with fresh towels, aprons and gowns.
Yay! Your favourite products are still available, but please ask your stylist to show these to you rather than picking them up. Shared magazines are a no no, but feel free to bring your own. A limited number are available for a bargain price for you to read and take home.
We know you love our coffees and biccies, but we're afraid we’re not allowed to provide food and can only provide drinks in disposable cups. If you do bring a plastic bottle, please take this home with you to reuse or recycle.
SEE YOU AGAIN
We accept cash or card payments. We’ll come to you, so there’s no need to move around the salon.
We have removed Reception, for now, so please make your next appointment with your stylist at the end of your appointment or online or over the phone.
Most of your favourite treatments, like Fusio-Dose, don't require pre-booking, so we're good to go!
We know it sounds a lot, but it’s important we all do as much as we can so we can all keep on seeing each other and get closer to those sorely missed hugs!
